A NOTE ON SHIPPING
We strive to make our customers happy and therefore ship all orders as fast as possible. However it may take up to 10 Business Days to receive your order. All orders are shipped via ground or freight unless otherwise noted.
GoFJcruiser.com Store Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee:
All items must be returned within 20 days of receiving your order; we will gladly exchange any item for another item of equal value. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, complete with all included parts and materials. If the new item is of greater value, you will be responsible for the difference. If the new item is of lesser value, the difference could be subject to a 15% fee. There is a 15% fee or $15.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) on all returned items. No refunds on freight charges, except for factory defect (Such errors include, but not limited to: ordering incorrect model, year, color, product code number, or changes after shipment). Plus, you will be responsible for return shipping and return shipping charges. ALL returns MUST be accompanied by a return authorization number and must be received at GoFJcruiser.com within 30 days after the shipment date.
Special order items that need to be returned are handled differently. Please call us if you need to return a special order item. Returns due to an error of GoFJcruiser.com, need to follow the Customer Return Procedure Below.
Sale of closeout items are final. Only defective closeout items may be returned for credit.
Customer Return Procedure:

· Call the phone number on the packing slip to inform us that you are returning a product or email us at customerservice@GoFJcruiser.com
· Completely fill out the return form listing the part(s) and provide a reason for the return.
· For defective returns, a detailed description must be provided in the Customer Comments portion of the form.
· Please be sure to pack your item carefully in the original packaging your product arrived in to prevent shipping damage and include the return form to ensure that you receive proper credit for your merchandise. Any merchandise returned without prior authorization will be subject to a 20% fee or $20.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater)
Returns not subject to shipping charges and restocking fees:
· Defective items (subject to verification)
· Incorrectly shipped items
· Items damaged in shipping
Damage & Lost Claims:
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the carrier. Should any damage occur, you must file a claim with the shipper and not with us. Notify GoFJcruiser.com for instructions on returning damaged items or follow the customer return procedure above. GoFJcruiser.com will not accept any damage claims 14 days after the shipping date. GoFJcruiser.com accepts no responsibility for parts damaged in transit. If your part was lost by the shipper, you must file a claim with them. If the shipper settles the claim, we will ship the replacement to you. If the shipper refuses or denies the claim, GoFJcruiser.com can not pay to replace the part.
Claims after 20 days:
If a return is requested for reasons other than mentioned above (i.e. customer changes mind) the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs back to GoFJcruiser.com.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, complete with all included parts and materials. All C.O.D. returns will be refused. Merchandise credit will only be issued to customer following receipt of goods by GoFJcruiser.com.
We reserve the right to charge 15% restocking fee for all merchandise returns. All electrical parts, electrical components, wiring kits and custom items can not be returned. No returns after 30 days unless approved by GoFJcruiser.com.
Improper installation or customer misuse:
GoFJcruiser.com is unable to accept returns on products which are damaged as a result of improper installation or customer misuse. All electrical parts, electrical components, wiring kits and custom items can not be returned. Call before you install if you have any questions.
Manufacturer Warranties:
All parts are covered by the manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranties vary, and are included with your products. Please review the information you receive with your products for more information.
